Pirate Nation’s CEO, Amitt Mahajan said it will be faster to develop games on-chain than Off-chain

I believe it will be faster to make games on-chain than off-chain, Amitt said.

Pirate Nation is a role-playing game developed by Proof of Play. In Pirate Nation, players could assemble their pirates and combat wild creatures to rank up on the leaderboard.

Amitt Mahajan, CEO of Pirate Nation, said developing games on-chain will be faster than off-chain. He made this statement in an article where he announced Proof of Play’s 33 million USD raise.

In his words:

“I believe it will be eventually faster and more efficient to make games on-chain than off-chain”

Amitt said this considering the open-source nature of web3, enabling game developers to create games fast using already existing codes and modules.

He added that Proof of Play is working towards this future by creating a system that allows game developers and creatives to make exciting experiences easily. According to him, the system is experimented on Pirate Nation.
